Application Scenario: Dedicated precision positioning tool for the assembly and bolt hole calibration of civil and military aero-engine components in European and American markets. It is widely used for the accurate installation and alignment of engine blades, casings, combustion chambers and other core precision parts, effectively avoiding assembly deviations that may affect engine dynamic performance and operational safety.

Material: Aerospace 7075-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy, featuring lightweight, high rigidity and excellent deformation resistance, specially optimized for high-frequency aviation assembly operations.

Key Machining Challenges: This fixture adopts a special-shaped thin-wall composite structure with multiple stepped positioning holes, high-precision alignment grooves and benchmark positioning surfaces. The uneven wall thickness brings high risks of machining deformation. Extremely strict requirements are imposed on hole position accuracy, parallelism and verticality. It is difficult to guarantee high consistency in mass production, and tiny assembly gaps may lead to overall assembly failure of engine components.

Optimize layered cutting technology to reduce cutting stress on thin-wall structures and completely avoid structural deformation. Equipped with constant-temperature workshop and equipment thermal compensation system to stabilize machining accuracy under variable temperature conditions. All finished products undergo full-size inspection via CMM coordinate measuring machines, with all machining and testing data archived in strict accordance with AS9100 and ISO quality systems for full traceability.
