Custom CNC Machining Solution
Integrated turn-mill CNC equipment realizes one-piece forming with aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum. Manufacturing flow includes rough machining, natural aging for stress relief and finish machining. Closed-loop precision boring for inner holes and integrated tapping are applied, with inner surface polished to Ra0.8μm to satisfy IP54 sealing requirements.
