High-Precision Machining
This series consists of lightweight hollow disc-type precision machined parts made of aluminum alloy. They are formed through a combined process of five-axis and CNC technology. With the symmetrical hollow structure design, they ensure strength while significantly reducing weight. They possess both high rigidity and lightweight characteristics.
The parts have undergone mirror polishing treatment, resulting in a high surface finish. The concentricity and flatness of the holes are controlled at the micron level. The installation holes are formed in one step without any secondary errors, enabling precise positioning and stable assembly between devices.
